You may read a line of warning in local TV's commersial advertisement, "Hati hati penipuan" right? (Be careful, deception)
Remember back in earlier 2009, someone told me that his mother has been deceited (ditipu) and loss of hundred of million rupiahs (US$ 10,000). This happen because people too happy to believe in their luck or in other word because typical human qualities such as greed, dishonesty. Usually the victim receive an initial phone call; that he will be able to win money or some other prize by doing some task.
This has been studied by researcher and their comes up with countermeasure by using Cartoon for awareness purpose.
