This Act has been approved by the Parliament and President on May 2008. This Act to be apply on May 2010, so its 5 months to go.

What organizations are included in Disclosure Act for Public Information?
Government and non-government

What kind of information?
1. Compulsory Information Provided And Posted By Periodic; such as Information on financial statements.
2. Compulsory Information Posted By immediately; such as information that could threaten the livelihoods of the people and public order.
3. Compulsory Information Available any time; such as what is/are the public bodies' decision and consideration.

What is the benefit?
1. Transparency and accountability of public bodies
2. Accelerated eradication of KKN
3. Protection of public rights to public services

Who's incharge?
Information Commission consist of:
Central Information Commission
Provincial Information Commission
